Gulai Ketam Dengan Nenas



Salam dah lama tak masak gulai ketam ni,aritu Chik mi jumpa ketam yg elok jugak dengan harga yang amat murah sekg Rm 16,so apa lagi cik hubby yang mmg penggemar ketam terus je suruh ambil.Chik mi kalau ngan ketam ni suka masak gulai a.k.a kari dengan nenas,tapi rempah kari nak yang cap Tarbus cap lain tak best ,since semua bahan dah ade so kerja pun cepat lerkan.

Mashed Potato wif Blackpepper Sos

Salam ,wah makin teruk kemalasan yang melekat pada diriku ni ,ni pun dah lamaaaa buatnya tapi ntah mengapa malas sungguh nak mengentrinya.dah lama Sabrina request nak mashed potato yg macam kepci tu selalu cakap nanti ibu buat ye,akhirnya sempat jugaklah buat hari tu,tapi biasalah budak kecik t kalau dah buat makannya tak seberapa ,mashed potato ni chik mi ambik dari umah Hazila,sosnya pulak dr kawan Chik mi ,Cik Ros,tapi resepinya lupa nak bawak so nnti Chik mi letak ye. 
Mashed Potato
* 2 biji ubi kentang
* 1 sudu besar butter
* 3~4 sudu besar susu segar
* sedikit garam

Cara-cara

1. Bersihkan ubi kentang dan buang kulitnya. Potong kepada 4 bahagia. Rebus sehingga empuk.
2. Lenyek-lenyekkan ubi kentang dengan garfu.
3. Panaskan butter, susu dan garam. Apabila butter dah cair, padamkan api. Masukkan ubi kentang yang dah dilenyek tadi. Gaul sehingga serata.
4. Siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ayam Pandan

Salam,terima kasih semua yang mendoakan Chik mi ye,Alhamdulillah arini better sikit,tapi biasela kan suara ku masih lagi sengau macam penyanyi rock ler pulak.Hari tu chik mi buatkan ayam pandan ni untuk my niece yang sekarang ni jadi 'makyung' tu.Dah lama duk kenen-kenen bila nak buatkan dia ayam pandan kesian ler pulak nanti meleleh air liuq anaknya pulak kalau tak dapat makankan,so aritu sempatkanlah jugak chik mi buat .
 
Resepinya nanti chik mi CnP sebab Myr tengah demam sekarang ni tak boleh masuk.

Bahan-bahan ( 3-4 org )

  • 1/2 ekor ayam (1kg)
  • * 3 biji bawang merah
  • * 3 ulas bawang putih
  • * 1/2 inci halia
  • * 1/2 inci kunyit
  • * 1/2 inci lengkuas
  • * 2 batang serai
  • * 1 sk ketumbar
  • * 1 sk jintan manis
  • * 15 biji cili padi ( pedas ikut suka )
  • 2 sb santan pekat (optional)
  • 1 sb madu
  • garam, gula dan pak aji ikut secukup rasa
  • daun pandan

Cara-cara

  1. Ayam dibersihkan dan dipotong kecil-kecil.
  2. Tumbuk semua bahan bertanda*. Gaul bahan tumbuk dgn ayam, madu, santan, garam, gula dan pak aji.
  3. Pandan1
    Buat poket dgn daun pandan dan masukkan ayam dlm poket tu.
  4. Pandan2
    Balut ayam dgn daun pandan. Cara bungkus ala-ala buat ketupat palas.
  5. Pandan3
    Cucuk ayam yg telah siap dibungkus dgn lidi supaya ayam tak terkeluar.
  6. Pandan4
    Potong lebihan hujung daun supaya kemas.
  7. Pandan5
    Siap bungkus, goreng hingga golden brown dgn api sederhana.

Honey & Ginger Tea

Salam,kejap je dah hari jumaatkan ,lepas bz dengan kerja yg tak habis-habis tu Chik mi kena pulak flu ngan sore throat (ofcmate chik mi ,siap suruh minum green tea lagi takut berjangkit kat depa).so arini alhamdulillah dah better sikit,sampai naik kembung perut asyik minum green tea ngan air suam je rasenya every 15 min chik mi p toilet.Yang honey and ginger tea tu chik mi terbaca kat blog ni.tapi dah tak dapat cari,katenya bagus utk nak refreshing our body yg kepenatan serta nak hilangkan angin yang banyak kat dalam badan chik mi ler tu.Alhamdulillah chik mi duk amalkan minum ni malam-malam rasa ringgan sikit badanku yang memang berat ni. Nak buatnya senang je masukkan air mendidih dalam mug ,masukkan hirisan halia yg di pecahkan sedikit,pastu masukkan madu mudahkan semudah ABCkan

Salam,tak terlambatkan nak ucapkan Selamat Hari Guru pada semua guru-guru di mana juga anda berada.Minggu ni still lagi bz ngan kerja2 yg tak sudah tu,semalam chik mi bercuti kejap tp kerja rumah pulak menanti so tak ler rehat sangat,ik berbalik kepada tajuk di atas,semalam ofcmate chik mi dapat result blood test so masing2 ade peningkatan dalam high cholesterol,last week colleage chik ade kongsi satu tips cara utuk turunkan cholesterol ni so chik mi panjangkan kat sini ye.

Treating high cholesterol.  Three weeks ago l went for a cholesterol check.  To my surprise, it was above the normal range, which should be less than 5.2 mmol/L.  My reading obtained was 6.6.  I had been consuming a lot of red meat and lamb recently.  After consuming mu'er  (black fungus, mok yee in Cantonese) for two weeks, l had my cholesterol checked again and found that its level fell to 4.70 mmol/L.
 
My pharmacist said that even cholesterol medication will need 1-3 months to take effect.  She was very surprised and said it is a miracle.
 
Review:
 
I immediately followed an advice of a friend who told me about black fungus.  He had four blocked heart arteries, over 90 percent blocked.  His cardiologist advised him to go for bypass surgery, failing which he would suffer an imminent heart attack.  His sinseh (chinese physician) friend advised him against surgery as the procedure would be messy, painful and expensive.
 
He followed the advise of his sinseh friend by consuming black fungus daily.  After consuming boiled black fungus juice for 40 days, he went for an angiogram.  His heart specialist was surprised and shocked that his arteries were all cleared of any blockage and it would not be necessary to see him for another 10 years!
 
My observation is that black fungus juice is not only effective in treating high blood cholestrol but also helps to bring relief to joint paints, arthritis and poor blood circulation.
 
The internet information claims that black fungus reduces blood clot, preventing thrombosis, atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease, and cancer.  Black fungus contains abundant protein, ferric, calcium, vitamin, rough fibre, the content of protein is equal to meat.
 
Preparation:
1) Pick a hand full of Black Fungus and soak in water for 1-2
hours
2) Wash Black Fungus and cut to pieces with scissors.
3) Pour five bowls of plain water into slow cooker (crock pot)
4) Put 2-3 slices of ginger, 8-10 red dates, 20 (wolf berry)
into crock pot.
5) Bring to boil for 8 hours. One and a half bowls of Black Fungus juice
remain after boiling overnight.
Consumption:
You may consume for 10 to 14 days according to the severity of the
problem.
For those with low blood pressure consume less or only for alternate
days.
Drink Black Fungus first thing in the morning with an 'empty
stomach'..
Consume at least one large bowl. Take breakfast 2 hours later.
Side effects - you may feel a little tired after 3- 4 days.
Consume multivitamins and fresh fruits and vegetables daily.
Do not eat oily or fried foods during this period.
Observation:
Dark and oily stool during the first two days.
Remarks:
Cholesterol medication is chemical in nature and may harm the liver.
Black Fungus is a plant and does not contain chemicals.

Chik mi rase kalau chik mi ni memang susah sikit nak minum air ni apa yang chik mi akan buat ialah kita buat sayur campur ,tapi kesannya tak tahu ler pulak kan .

Ikan Tongkol Masak Kuali

Salam, dah lama tak tayang gambar masakan,sampai merajuk kakasma tu sebab tak hidangkan makanan hihihi,ok lah sebenarnya ni menu yg dah lama tak sempat nak masukkan n3 sebabnya sibuk sikit sekarang ni samapi ke next week,weekends pun kena pulak kursus ,huhhuuh kena kerja 7 hari huwaaaa beh tahan.Oh tidak panjangnya mukaddimahnya,resepi asal Kembung Masak Kuali by Che Iza,tapi Chik mi tukar guna ikan tongkol,memang sedapppp,pestaim buat ni semua suka ,pastu bila tak de idea nak masak apa memang masak ni le,suke sebab penggunaan halba memberikan bau yang sangat wangiii.

Bahan-bahan ( 3-4 org )

  • 1/2 kg ikan kembung (ikan cencaru, selar @ tongkol pun sedap).
  • 4 sudu besar lada boh / cili giling
  • * 3 biji bwg merah
  • * 3 ulas bawang putih
  • * 1/2 inci halia
  • * 1/2 inci kunyit
  • * 1/2 inci lengkuas
  • * 2 btg serai
  • 1 sk halba
  • 1/3 cwn santan pekat
  • 2 sb air asam jawa
  • garam, gula and perasa

Cara-cara

  1. Ikan dibersihkan dan digoreng. Ketepikan ikan yg telah siap digoreng.
  2. Kisar bahan bertanda *. Dgn menggunakan lebihan minyak goreng ikan tadi (keluarkan sikit minyak kalau byk) tumis bahan kisar hingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan lada boh tumis hingga garing. Masukkan air asam jawa n halba. Jika tumisan agak kering boleh masukkan sedikit air.
  4. Masukkan ikan yg telah digoreng tadi juga santan. Akhir sekali masukkan garam, gula n pak aji.
Siap utk dihidang. Selalunya saya suka mkn lauk ni keesokan hari, lagi sedap.

1. Deodorize the sink: Pour 1 cup baking soda, followed by 1 cup hot vinegar, down the drain. Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then rinse with hot water.

22. Clean grills: Spray vinegar on a ball of tin foil, then use it to give the grate a firm scrub.
23. Disinfect wood cutting boards: Wipe down wood boards with a wash of vinegar.
24. Clean the microwave: Fill a microwave-safe bowl with 2 cups water and ½ cup vinegar. Heat it on full power for 3-4 minutes until it comes to a boil. Keep the door closed for a few minutes longer to let the steam fill the microwave, loosening the grime. Remove the bowl (carefully!) and wipe down interior walls with a sponge.
25. Polish patent leather accessories: Give them a rub with a vinegar-soaked cloth. Buff with a dry cloth.

Fried Wanton

Salam ,tengok kat umah Nurindah teringat wanton yg chik mi buat last week,exceli along request nak popia goreng lagi chik mi tak order kulit popia so teringat dalam petisejuk ade wanton skin yg beli aritu,so chik mi pun buat filling dengan carrot,sengkuang pastu isi udang yg dicincang.masa goreng ni tak ingat sambil buat apa ntah pastu ade yang terireng la pulak.
Alhamdulillah along makan kongsi money beg ni dengan dengan kawan2nya kat hostel.Ade yang nak mengorder popia goreng ngan chik mi.Chik mi cakap ke along tak yah order ler kalau ade rezeki along bawak makan sesama.

Cepat2 sape nak 'money beg' sila ler ambil sorang satu,jgn berebut ye.

Award & Tag Dari Kak Ita.

Salam,dihari Ahad,arini Chik mi luangkan sedikit masa utk buat homework dari Kak Ita,sebenarnya chik mi tak sukeeeee di tag tpkan menghormati kehendak kak ita chik mi try ye.ni kali yang ke dua kak ita bagi homework,yang 1st aritu chik mi tak buat,pastu bila ade lagi ni rase tak sedap la pulak.Buat kak ita chik mi ni kali yang terakhir ye dan berharap akak berpuas hati.
