Assalamualaikum dah lunch ke?Chik mi buat banana loaf ni hari selasa yang lepas so memang dah pinish ye.Banana loaf ni cik hubby yang printkan resepi dah lama ,so faham-faham aje la kalau orang dah print resepi tu maknanya nak kena buatla nak jadi isteri mithalikan heheheh ,dah lepas makan tu komennya pulak berat sikit kali ni tak macam muffin hari tu lebut aje,lerrr dah namapun loafkan,pastu ade pulak serbuk badam dengan blackcurrent ,mau tak berat jadinya:)

Ingredients
- 50g butter
- 60g canola/sunflower oil
- 105g soft brown sugar~chik mi guna95g
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 150g banana, mashed~chi mi guna 220gm
- 20g ground almonds
- 200g superfine flour~chik mi guna tepung gandum
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 30g sultanas~chik mi guna blackcurrent
- 2 tbsp milk
- Some almond flakes
Method
- Grease 5 mini loaf pans and preheat oven to 170°C. Beat butter and canola/sunflower oil, sugar and essence until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Mix in mashed bananas, ground almonds and sultanas. Sift in flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda to combine then add in milk but do not overmix. Spoon mixture into mini loaf pans until three-quarters full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer.
chik mi suka rasa dengan texture loaf ni.Ok la chik mi tak ada idea nak buat karangan sebab frust dengan perkhidmatan POS MALAYSIA..
