Assalamualaikum,menu di pagi sabtu ,hehehh baru nak tempek kat sini ,tak pe tak de sapa nak marahkan,buat sampai 1kg mee ,sedangkan hanya5 mulut je yang nak makan tu pun belum tolak lagi dak picky eater tu,tapi alhamdulillah licin sebab kakak-kakak dan adik chik mi singgah kat rumah selepas menghadiri kenduri khawin anak sepupu.Memang plan nak buat banyak sebab ,malas nak masak lunch dah dah nak pergi kendurikan.Chik mi tak letak taugeh sebab bila balik tengok taugehnya dah menopous tu yang geram kalau beli dekat gerai yang bukan selalu kita pergi,maybe chi mi tak perasan kut taugeh tu basah(selalunya tak suka beli taugeh yang basah)jadi mee ni tak de taugeh dan dalam petisejuk tu pun hanya ada kubis aje.
Resepi yang mabeles dari rumah Kak Ayu,terdengar bualan angah dengan along ,eh along mee ni rasa lainkan tak macam yang selalu ibu buat tu,Along balas a ah la..Tapi sebab tak dak stok kicap pekat chik mi hanya gunakan kicap biasa aje.

Ingredients:-
500g yellow noodles
100g sliced boiled beef
100g fish cakes sliced
some fresh prawns(optional- original recipe dont have))
1 cup of bean sprout

3-4 tbsp chilli paste
1 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp black soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 big onion minced(I sliced)
1 cup egg whites
3 green chillies sliced thinly

Method:-
Heat oil and stir fry onion , chilli paste, green chillies, curry powder till frgrant. Add in beef and stir. Add in fishcakes and let it for a while.Add in soy sauce and noodles and stir well. Add in chye sim and make a well add inthe eggs and let it cook for a while before stirring. Stir well and lastly add in bean sprout , stir and turn off heat. This dish is a little dry.

Akak...inilah paberet saya... yang membuatkan badan saya jadi tembun..suka sangat makan mee goreng mamak ni. Kalo boleh, hari2 nk makan!!!
